Use the white side of the sponge to apply the powder all over the face and give your liquid foundation a matte finish, or concentrate on the T-zone to mattify the area.

You can also use a Blush or Loose Powder Brush to apply to the whole face. If you want to use the powder on its own without foundation, use the black side of the sponge to build up coverage over a primer.
